Several months ago I purchased a RZE HexEdge Ti knife to use as an EDC in my occupation as a full time FIREFIGHTER.Yes I also carry a couple of bigger, heavier bladed knives for use when an emergency situation requires a more physical approach. However I really like the size, shape and corrosion resistance of the Titanium HexEdge, as well as being relatively easy to put a razor sharp edge on it with a little bit of time and effort , which it retains well.and is super useful for small cutting jobs. Last week I lost my knife and after a quick search I decided to replace so ordered 1 straight away. Later that day my wife located my knife where I had left it, I contacted RZE Watches straight away and explained the situation and luckily my order had been confirmed but not dispatched. RZE immediately cancelled the order and refunded my payment . A massive thank you for outstanding customer service.
